The Rumba is the most beautiful and romantic of all Latin dances. Rumba tempos are medium to slow, and the dance is characterized by a sensual use of hip and arm movement. Rumba is a great dance to develop body control, connection, and Latin motion. Rumba dancers enjoy graceful bodies, as well as a tremendous ability to control the speed of their movements, adding a quality of "light and shadow" to their dancing.
